To enter, complete the entry form with your name and email address and upload one (1) photo of your dog or cat in costume to receive one (1) entry. Each week, the Summit Animal Health team will choose the best costume from the entries received. That week's winner will be announced on the Summit Animal Health Facebook and Instagram pages on October 9, 16, 23 and 30. Entries that are not selected stay eligible for the following weeks. Winners will also be contacted via the email address provided at entry. Prize: four (4) winners will each receive a 3-month supply of Summit Animal Health products for their dog or cat.
