  • When do I get paid?

    Affiliate commissions are processed twice a month - no minimum payout amounts required.

    You’ll have access to a dashboard where you can see sales, commissions, and your loyalty point totals in real time.

  • What if I’m not actively sharing?

    If you don’t have any customer sales within a 90-day period (no new customers or purchases), your Affiliate account will simply convert to a customer account.

  • What is a 90-Day Customer Connection?

    When a customer purchases through your Affiliate link or uses your code, a 90-day tracking window begins. Any purchase they make during that time earns commission and starts a new 90-day timer. 

  • Do I earn commission on subscriptions?

    Yes! You will always receive commission from a linked customer’s subscription order as long as the subscription remains active.

  • Are there any restrictions on promoting my link?

    You are encouraged to share your link and code on social media, blogs, email, and in person. However, paid ads (Google/Facebook) using the company name or brand keywords are not permitted.
